Newer preparations resulting in similar effect persistence are made on the base of hyaluronic acid. To achieve more persistent effect, at present plastics, mainly on the acrylic base in the form of micro, unsubmitted to displacement and absorption particles or acrylic hydrogel are added to collagen or hyaluronic preparations. It is possible to apply own fatty tissue as the filling. After the operation of application of intradermal or subcutaneous fillings, the skin is being covered with the antibiotic ointment . For the first few days it is necessary to wash the face with gentle washing agents and then covering it with the ointment. The oedema can last for 2 to 3 days. The makeup can be made after three days.
